This Privacy Policy describes how the NSTINCT GG Discord bot (the “Bot”), operated by NSTINCT GG (legal entity name to be confirmed), handles data inside Discord. It supplements our main Privacy Policy.
1. What the Bot Reads
The Bot reads Discord user IDs, server roles, and the content of messages and slash commands you direct to it. You interact with the Bot voluntarily through its slash commands; it does not monitor general conversation beyond what is needed to respond to commands and run features.
2. What the Bot Writes and Does
The Bot assigns and removes server roles (for example, verification, tier, and membership roles), posts messages in designated channels (such as queues, leaderboards, and match results), and sends direct messages related to your activity.
3. What the Bot Stores
In connection with your commands, the Bot stores your Discord ID, your verified Xbox gamertag and XUID, and the competitive data you generate (Elo, match history, teams, tournaments). It does not store your payment card details. Data is held in our Supabase database; see our main Privacy Policy for the full list of sub-processors.
4. Permissions and Scopes
The Bot requests only the Discord permissions it needs to operate — for example, managing roles, reading and sending messages in its channels, and using application (slash) commands. Server administrators control the Bot’s presence and permissions in their server.
5. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord and the Bot, consistent with Discord’s Terms of Service.
6. Data Deletion
To have your Bot-related data deleted, contact help@nstinct.gg and request account deletion. We will verify your identity and remove your data, subject to records we are required to retain.
7. Discord’s Role
Discord is the platform on which the Bot operates. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
