These Terms govern your use of the NSTINCT GG Discord bot (the “Bot”), operated by NSTINCT GG (legal entity name to be confirmed). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms and to our main Terms of Service.
1. Use of the Bot
You interact with the Bot voluntarily through its slash commands to use features such as queues, Elo, Xbox verification, and match reporting. You must be at least 13 years old, consistent with Discord’s Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not abuse, spam, or attempt to overload the Bot, automate or script interactions to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate Elo or match reporting, or interfere with its operation. We may rate-limit, restrict, or revoke access for abuse.
3. Verification and Accounts
Bot features depend on Xbox verification, with one Xbox gamertag per Discord account. Submitting false verification information or operating duplicate accounts may result in removal of results and suspension.
4. Provided As Is
The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be removed at any time.
5. Discord Platform
Discord is the platform on which the Bot operates. Your use of the Bot is also subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
